Back in central Paris, La Palette, at 43 rue de Seine, is a nostalgic little bistrot, with dark, cozy interior, a dedicated clientele of locals and a young, cool crowd. La Palette serves good, simple French food, ranging from sausages and mash to omelettes and steaks which won’t break the bank.
