A car driver pulled over by two Metropolitan District Commission policemen for having run a red light in Cambridge

My friend Jonathan Fountain pulled over by MDC police on River Street in Cambridge, 1989. Driving in my own car, I was behind him while waiting at a red light. For some reason Jon went ahead while the light was still red and was promptly pulled over by the cops. I drove off when the light turned green, parked a bit beyond Jon and the police and walked back with my camera (luckily I had my flash too), took two pictures and kept walking, acting as if I didn’t know Jon. As I walked past the cruiser the cop rolled down the window, asked what I was up to. I gave him a stupid story, he said Okay, I continued my stroll and doubled back to my car after a few minutes
