Water gushing from the central basin in the fontaine des Innocents in place Joachim-du-Bellay. The fountain was originally attached to l’église des Saints-Innocents at the corner of rue Saint-Denis and rue aux Fers, about 120 feet away (now part of today’s rue Berger). I took these photographs with shutter speeds of four seconds, one third of a second, a 1/50th of a second and 1/500th of a second. Learn how to obtain the shutter speed which will give you the effect you are seeking in your photographs.
