Cows at the Agricultural Show at the Porte de Versailles. Le Salon de l’Agriculture goes on for ten days at the end of February to the beginning of March every year. Politicians, especially French presidents, take advantage of the occasion to walk among the cows and bulls, shake hands with attendees and be photographed for the press.
